FAQs


Where do you deliver?

We operate our own fleet of modern vehicles who deliver in greater London and the surrounding areas as far as Reading in the West, Gatwick in the South, Chelmsford in the East and Hemel Hempstead in the North. View our delivery information page for more details.

For the rest of the UK we use the services of a reputable courier to deliver our orders but we regret that we cannot deliver water and other heavy items by this method due to weight restrictions.



Do you make a charge for delivery?

No, we operate a free delivery service, however we will not deliver less than our minimum order value - please see below...



What is your minimum order value?

For deliveries within our own van area (London/ M25) the minimum order value is just £25 excluding VAT, or if you are a water cooler customer who just needs water then it is just 3 bottles.

For the rest of the UK our minimum order value is £85 excluding VAT.



How long will my order take to arrive?

If you are within our van delivery area and you place your order by 5.00pm, you will receive your order the next working day.

If you are outside our van delivery area and you place your order by 2.00pm, you will receive your order the next working day.

Please note that any “special” or non-listed item may take longer than the times quoted.



Will the driver call when the order is arriving?

Although our fleet of drivers do not usually phone ahead of a delivery – if there is a specific requirement for this, it can be arranged by speaking to customer services or your account manager at the time of placing an order.



Where in my building will you deliver?

Our policy is to deliver your order to any reasonable location. Due to health and safety rules our drivers are responsible for carrying out risk assessment at each location and cannot deliver to areas that could be hazardous to their health or well-being. Please speak to your driver if you have any special requests.



How do you guarantee the safety of goods during delivery?

We do everything in our control to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that any of the products are damaged upon receipt, we ask that you report this to us on the same day as delivery so that it can be dealt with according to our returns policy.



How can I see your prices?

All prices are displayed on our website to customers that have been set-up for online ordering. Customers can also request a PDF copy of our price list.

If you would like a quote for specific items before contacting us to set up an account – simply browse the products available on our website; add selected products to your Quote List by clicking the 'Add For Quote' button next to the products you'd like a quote for; click 'View Quote' and follow the steps to submit a Quote Request to us.

We review all Quote Requests manually and will respond to the enquiry by phone or email.



How do I place an order?

You can place an order by telephone, fax, email or once registered, through our website.



How do I open an account?

Please call us when you are ready to order so that we can open your account at the same time, or enquire online about opening an account with Zepbrook. We offer full account facilities subject to credit check.



Will you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes, we provide a fully itemised VAT invoice.



How can I pay?

We accept payment by cheques, credit cards, debit cards (excluding American Express), and bank transfer. Please note that when paying by credit card, payment will be taken at time of dispatch.



Can you split packs?

Unfortunately we are unable to split packs.



Are you able to supply items that aren't listed on your website/price list?

Often we can supply most items that customers require, so please ask and we will see what we can do for you.



What is your returns policy?

Any faulty or damaged goods will of course be collected and credited as necessary. You may also return a product that you are dissatisfied with for whatever reason, provided that you advise us within seven days of receipt of the item and the goods are returned in a complete and merchandisable condition.
